• Repositioning shopping centers through highest & best use analysis is underscored by providing sales forecast on tenants not available by conventional real estate advisors. In addition to sales forecasts for tenants, competitive analysis and impact studies for retailers are conducted that are the standard for retailers not real estate developers

• Credit analysis of retailers and tenants for real estate acquisitions and financing (center-specific, portfolios, sale leasebacks).

• Risk profiles of retail credits (borrowed from the metrics and valuations conducted for the 455 credits on the Global 400 Retail Watch) and real estate projects assess structural & competitive shifts impacting intrinsic values

• Due diligence of retail development and markets in the US and overseas for the capitalization of site-specific projects and global property indexes.
